Made with Bainbridge Alphamats, in Ivory Black, with a solid black core, these boards are ideal for creating your own mats with a matcutter or terrific for use as an art surface. Produces a spectacular effect on the dark board with opaque media, such as colored pencil, conte crayon, soft pastel and even light gouache and acrylic washes!

Also handy for use as a backing sheet in framing.
