These are 4-ply acid-free, 100% cotton matboards. Made with Bainbridge Alphamats, in Spanish White, a bright white with a smooth texture, these boards are ideal for creating your own mats with a matcutter or terrific for use as an art surface. Works well with soft pastel, charcoal, graphite, colored pencil, even light watercolor washes and acrylic paints!
Also handy for use as a backing sheet in framing.
Museum quality boards are pre-cut to fit into any standard 9 x 12 frame.
